A New US Report denying the forced recruitment surfaces from US National Archive (June 20, 2016) |
Another evidence, which denies the forced recruitment of Korean women by the Japanese Army/Authority, has surfaced from the US National Archive. Mainichi Shimbun Newspaper reported recently. The US interrogation report rendered by the US Military Intelligence Service describes in its Paragraph 18 as follows:"18. All Korean prostitutes that the PoWs have seen in the Pacific were volunteers or had been sold by their parents into prostitution. This is proper in the Korean way of thinking but direct conscription of women by the Japanese would be an outrage that the old and young would not tolerate. Men would rise up in rage, killing Japanese no matter what fate they may suffer."
[Moguro's Comment]
Since there was no grise-uph nor any uprising that was recorded during the period of Japanese Annexation of Korea, there should have been no gdirect conscription of women by the Japanese.h
Therefore, the description of the Report constitutes the direct contradiction to the 1996 Coomaraswamy Report, 2007 US House of Resolution 121, and the descriptions engraved in metal plaques of Comfort Women Statues built in various locations of the U.S.
Adding the above inappropriate representation is the McGraw-Hill textbook's total fabrication as quoted from a book authored by Mr. Herbert Zeigler of Hawaii University.
Shamelessly, Mr. Zeigler and McGraw-Hill Company executives still remain silent about the refutation given by 19 Japanese historians. They should comment on this new evidence instead of spreading baseless lies and disdainfully continue their disparagement campaign against the nation and people of Japan.
In addition, it appears that the State of California plans to include gComfort Womenh in their textbooks. The author considers that the California State Board of Education has made a serious mistake of telling lies to their young people.
